A good buddy of mine Colin Byrne followed surfer Michael Conlan and I around with his camera for a day.
Mike was only 14 at the time, already the U16 Algarve Champ and was staying with me for a surf training camp for two months.
Filmed and edited in a single day, Colin managed to really capture a good sense of Mike and the vibe of a local #volcom surf event.
I still enjoy watching this short video.
